While the food was reasonably good, the service was . . . Well, the service and the server were weird. She carded four people in the forties, and then she asked us whether we worked for the agency that checks them for serving minors. She was awkward throughout the rest of service. The wine list was weak -- and the wine our server recommended was undrinkable. I have never been to a a steakhouse without a couple of good cabs on the wine list. This one was the first. All that said, the steaks were really excellent. Something to... read more

We have been going to Level 2 since our son worked there years ago and we have always been pleased up until our recent visit. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted to have a special lunch with her so I booked the best restaurant in town. I loved the app that allowed me to get an automated reservation. I called when I realized we would be late and that went well also. I was told that everything would be fine and it was as we were seated right away after we got there. The server was polite and kind but messed up our order man... read more

I will never be back to Level 2 and i would never recommend any of my friends to go either. It was such a horrible experience. From my food not cooked thoroughly to very overpriced wine and food.

While the food was delicious, the setting was lack luster.

We have visited several times. This time was for NYE. We had a reservation and were seated right at our time. Our waitress seemed frazzled and disorganized. Because we have eaten here often, we are familiar with the knife presentation prior to receiving your steak. This did not happen until after we received our food. When our food came out, part of it was incorrect but was corrected. There seemed to be long waits when needing something from the waitress. This is not typical of this restaurant. We usually have outstanding se... read more

For over $100.00 plus, I was served a HEAD of lettuce cut in half with a few articles on the side. No bread, the meat was tough and the overall experience (with the exception of the young man in charge of parking) was terrible.....very disappointing.

L2 should have a soundproof cage for loudmouth patrons who spoil the dining experience for other patrons. A nearby table had a large group that was extremely noisy. I mentioned this to the manager, who offered me a complementary dessert, which I declined. Hindsight tells me that this Hilton is a conference hotel and L2 is going to attract conference participants. L2 is not recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful dining experience, and definitely not recommended to anyone looking for a romantic date night dinner.

We made reservations for Level 2 Steakhouse on OpenTable and drove approximately one hour to get to the restaurant. When we arrived, we were told they did not have our reservation and that there were no available tables. The hostess laughed and said "their iPad didn't have Internet access" so they weren't able to take any reservations from OpenTable. We were extremely disappointed that it happened and that the restaurant did not seem concerned about losing our reservation.
