A couple of missed opportunities could have made the dining experience better. It would appear that the staffing level was not adequate to the needs of volume of guests. It lead to some slower service in clearing plates, keeping water and wine levels filled, and general attentiveness just lacked. Not the fault of our server, but a bit more of front of the house management missing the opportunity to step in and support. Food was good, not great. The filet was good but everything else left a lot to be desired. The asparagus was so salty we couldn’t eat it the corn brûlée was odd and the noodles and cheese lacked flavor. The best dish was the broccolini that they accidentally gave our table. The service was pretty slow too. This is not a place we will visit again. I’m giving it a 3 because the steaks were cooked properly and were flavorful. Otherwise it would receive a 1.

Great restaurant. We told them when we booked the reservation it was our Anniversary and they had the table decorated with roses. We also got a free dessert. Service was awesome and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend!

I rarely give an all 5 star review but our experience at Level 2 was outstanding. Our server was attentive and helped accommodate one member of our party who has several food allergies. We had a party of 4 and all of our entrees and steaks were very good and cooked perfect. The appetizers were also very good. You don't have a lot of choices in Branson for high quality food and this was well worth it. Wlll go back next time we are in town.
