Ray was so kind and knowledgeable about the discounts, warranties and general information about the furniture and mattresses. He was patient and took the time to discuss the different mattress options and let us pick the best one that worked for us based off of the information he gave us. Richard was great, let us try out our mattress to ourselves , was not pushy, (we don’t like salespeople hovering over us, what we came to find at other mattress stores) was available and ready when we had questions. Helped make the purchase process easy.

I called the store to purchase an item and Lisa got the paperwork prepared for my same day arrival. Customer service was efficient in processing my transaction. Loading dock was quick in loading my cabinet and I was on my way. Could not be happier with the service. Overall it was impressive how everyone worked together. Thank you!
