You all did great. We have been in the store a lot recently, and all associates we’ve dealt with have been helpful each times. Rich was extremely helpful. He checked in on us repeatedly, but also sparingly enough to not be overbearing. He had wonderful insight on the pieces we looked at. And once we narrowed it down to two sofas, he gave us plenty of assistance with our decision. Everything went very smoothly, overall a great experience!
