Dean Coughenour was our sales rep, You could not ask for a better person to help you. Dean took his time and did not rush us. He did not rush us and try to sell us something that we did not need. We will be back in the future. We feel that we got a good deal. The only problem that we have, we did not mention to Dean is that The matterss that we have is only 3 years old. Janice’s approach was friendly and not aggressive. She gave me the space I needed to look around which made the experience enjoyable. She was knowledgeable and offered to hold a sofa and chair so I can bring my husband in to the store to view before purchasing

The salesman greeted us at the door and showed us exactly where the recliners were. He let us roam through the store with no pressure. He was fantastic. The only thing he didn’t do was offer us any other discounts on the chair I bought.

Mark was extremely helpful and informative in our search for a sectional. He did not pressure us in any way, which was a nice change from other places and people we’ve dealt with. We really appreciated that. He gave us space, but was there to answer questions when we had them. He took the time to double check things we asked about to ensure he was giving us the right answer. We had a great purchasing experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for furniture.
