I am so upset and disappointed. My fiancé and I are getting married next month so we went to Levys a couple weeks ago and I picked out my wedding band. It was $825. We told them we'd be back in a couple weeks to buy it. We went in last Friday, it was not there anymore they said they had sold it. But they could still order it. We paid 825 plus taxes. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Levy! I went to pickup my husbands wedding ring and the cost of resizing was considerably higher than expected- $150... I asked the person checking me out if we could find out why, and was not granted that and made to feel as if the rep didn't have time for me or feel my purchase was substantial enough to waste their time. That lack of courtesy just lost them all of my business; especially since I had come in to actually discuss some other transactions as well...
