Love the service department but their sale department sucks. I want another Lexus a 2019 Rx350 to trade in for a 2017 Rx350 for the price I wanted they refused to sale. I went to Lexus of Pembroke Pines agree 20.00 over my asking price and they also threw in 3 year tire warranty at no extra cost . First they miss out on a sale and I had to drive over 250 miles to get the price I wanted. shame on you Mr. newbold and Q
