I called Matt Schronce when my 2007 RX400h began to suffer from braking issues, and he said to bring the vehicle down and he would diagnose the issue for free, which was an incredibly kind gesture. The vehicle was appropriately diagnosed and they still offered to clean it, which I declined because I didn't want to take advantage of them. great service great facilities
From the time we were met to the signing of the documents, Lexus of Wesley Chapel made buying a car easy and hassle free. Our salesman, Gary went above and beyond, spending most of the day helping us. He was very knowledgeable and explained the options of the different cars. When it comes time to buy again, I plan on going back to this dealership.
