RecommendedLove the service department but their sale department sucks. I want another Lexus a 2019 Rx350 to trade in for a 2017 Rx350 for the price I wanted they refused to sale. I went to Lexus of Pembroke Pines agree 20.00 over my asking price and they also threw in 3 year tire warranty at no extra cost . First they miss out on a sale and I had to drive over 250 miles to get the price I wanted. shame on you Mr. newbold and Q

Car was within 100 miles of being due for an oil change. I called and got an appointment the same day. The work, including a car wash, took less than 90 minutes. Service included tire rotation. Staff are always attentive, helpful and friendly. The next day, I got a new phone and since I was in the area stopped by for them to sync it with the car and assure the GPS was operating with the new phone. Staff completed this for me immediately taking less than 10 minutes
