I called Matt Schronce when my 2007 RX400h began to suffer from braking issues, and he said to bring the vehicle down and he would diagnose the issue for free, which was an incredibly kind gesture. The vehicle was appropriately diagnosed and they still offered to clean it, which I declined because I didn't want to take advantage of them.
