Amazing service and personnel every-time I go. You are greeted upon arrival, the staff makes you feel that they are personally invested in your experience from the time you pull up till you pick up your car and there’s even communication afterwards to make sure your expectations were met!
This was not a planned visit. But, we ended up making new friends. We had a punctured a driver side rear tire, and called AAA for help. It was a blessing to have that service. But, we also realized that a new tire needed to be on the vehicle. We found Lexus of Wesley Chapel. They welcomed us like family. It was a total Lexus experience...from the matching loaner vehicle to picking up our Vehicle with a brand new tire. Thank you, Chris, Allan Bien-Aime, Mike Brockway, and the kind coffee lady.���
I took my car in today for a oil change and to look at the ac unit as it was having a issue and I have to say I was very impressed!! The waiting area is the best I’ve ever seen they provide quality food and beverages while you wait and have a very nice seating area.. I had my two children with me which at times can be hard but with the TVs and multiple waiting areas it was nice.
