Alexandra and Nicole made the process of buying a new vehicle easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend seeing these ladies and this dealership.
The service was exceptional and quick. My service consultant was Jason Archbell and he was extremely pleasant and helpful on meeting my car repair needs. Although my car needed other services, he was able to help me prioritize my immediate repairs and I was truly grateful. He will be the only one I choose to assist me in the future. To the Lexus Dealership....He's a keeper!

The service doesn't get any better than Chris LoManto. Gave us nice tour of the facility. You could eat off the floor. The car wash was perfect (well done). I keep going out and admiring my rims and tires. Usually you get a quick dust off, they got every love bug off the front. A small water bottle left inside (nice). The waiting area was well thought out and well appointed. 4 big screen TV's, A coffee bar and a nice snack bar with Hostess. I have never seen such a nice waiting room ever. We had the most wonderful experience from the moment we arrived at Wesley Chapel Lexus. It was definitely an easier drive than going into Orlando and the new showroom is just beautiful. After just moving to the Tampa area I brought my car to Wesley Chapel Lexus for routine service and could not be more pleased. The process from booking to pickup was smooth and surprisingly reasonably priced. I was able to drop off my car and use a loaner so that I didn’t have to miss time off of work.
