Amazing service from all employees encountered. My wife took her car for the airbag recall and was not “up-sold” by the service writer. He called me with a couple of minor issues which were scheduled for a later date. Also, the most impressive of all was that the right front quarter panel was displaced due to a big rig blowing a tire and hitting the car. They fixed it at no charge, and didn’t even mention it to my wife.

Great customer service
I worked with Alex on a new purchase and was very impressed with her knowledge base. I have owned many Lexus models and I thought I new it front to back. Well, she put me to shame! I learned a lot. Very Proffesional and competent sales person. No pressure sales, all the numbers were spot on. No surprises. Vet polite and courteous with my time. The dealership was spotless, very friendly atmosphere. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience and my new Lexus. Bravo!
