The biggest mistake you could make is NOT choosing Lexus of Wesley Chapel for your next vehicle. We started here and went to a few others in the area. The other dealerships could not even come close to compare to our experience from LWC. From the start, the experience was spectacular! Starting when you pull up and see the facility to the warmth and friendliness of the staff; it’s just pleasant. Bruno handled everything making the process easy and comfortable to get us our new Lexus.

I literally just went to Lexus of Wesley Chapel to “see” a car I saw on their website. Needles to say I drove out with a brand new IS 300 Sport. From the moment I arrived and was greeted at the door, to meeting Lui who was my consultant, to Lynne in sales, the treatment was top notch. After grocery shopping, my Lexus SUV would not start. Luckily I was minutes away from the dealership. They sent someone to give me a jump start. As a battery load test was being performed, the folks at the dealership put my frozen and refrigerated groceries in their storage. Less than an hour later, I had a new battery (covered under warranty), and I was on my way. Thanks to Chris Lomanto and everyone else at the dealership for rescuing me!
