The new dealership is excellent. Very welcoming, and all the staff were friendly. Matt was great, he e planned everything thoroughly, I never felt pressured into anything. I liked that when he was telling me what the technician found , that he was also showing me via the pictures that were taken in the bay. I was given a print out of the services that were required for my vehicle, and Matt even highlighted the ones that were more important and should be completed first.

The biggest mistake you could make is NOT choosing Lexus of Wesley Chapel for your next vehicle. We started here and went to a few others in the area. The other dealerships could not even come close to compare to our experience from LWC. From the start, the experience was spectacular! Starting when you pull up and see the facility to the warmth and friendliness of the staff; it’s just pleasant. Bruno handled everything making the process easy and comfortable to get us our new Lexus.
I really just came in with my son to look at cars.... We ended up purchasing a used Camry as a graduation gift for my son. Truly impressed by & highly recommend this dealership; kudos to Mike B... and the rest of the crew as well! Great & knowledgeable staff that facilitated the process from start to finish so smoothly!
