Bobby King is really creepy kept asking me for inappropriate things. He made me very uncomfortable
went in on Saturday 12/21 for regular Maintenance. My service consultant was Veron Liburd, I called him a couple of hours after I picked up my car with a question about the service, I left him a message and got no call back. I called again on Monday 12/23 spoke to another consultant that assured me that he will relate the message to Veron. Still no call back. RecommendedI went into this dealership to trade in or purchase my 2022 ES350 lease. I was assigned salesperson Qui. I explained to him that I was still rebuilding my credit due to Covid and I was late a few times with Lexus Financial. He assured me that I should have no issue as I have financed (lease) 5 cars with them.
