My service consultant was Veron Liburd, I called him a couple of hours after I picked up my car with a question about the service, I left him a message and got no call back. I went into this dealership to trade in or purchase my 2022 ES350 lease. I was assigned salesperson Qui. I explained to him that I was still rebuilding my credit due to Covid and I was late a few times with Lexu Financial. He assured me that I should have no issue as I have financed (lease) 5 cars with them. I had left a positive review at the time I picked up my new Lexus. However, I wasn’t told the truth at time of purchase and upsold/duped into warranty that doesn’t actually provide much of anything. The “lifetime free oil”- is not actually “free” nor explained correctly by sales staff. They require maintenance and over charge on those services in order to offset the price of oil change.
