Poor communication and follow-through. Added a $1,300 + paint protection to our contract that we did not agree to or discuss. Then claims it's standard, comes on all cars, that it's taken off and we were not charged. Complete shadiness! They should be ashamed to represent Lexus! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
My brother-in-law lives in Wisconsin and asked us to check out the car this morning. We drove all the way to Wesley Chapel to check out the car. We told my brother-in-law it was in very good condition and then he decided he was going to buy the car. He had already talked to the salesman several times and offered to make a down payment on the car. The salesman kept telling him that was not necessary. Do not take your car to this dealer for tire rotation After my 30,000 miles service I found multiple damage to my wheels. I tried to connect with my service representative and still waiting for his call.
I went in last week to check out Lexus and walked around showroom for over 10 minutes and no one asked if they could help me and no one was at concierge desk. There was one girl helping a couple and I finally interrupted her as she was walking away from them to do some thing and asked, “ is anybody else working and if so could she get me somebody.” She said she would get someone however, I waited a couple extra minutes and then left. Absolute worst car shopping experience I have ever experienced. Least accomodating business in Tampa Bay. Unwilling to provide an offsite test drive of a preowned vehicle. Unwilling to take a deposit on a preowned vehicle until the contract was finalized with the bank so as not to lose the vehicle. Salesman had no sense of urgency and unwilling to take my requests to the manager. An over zealous service writer out for his commission! Has been there lately with my 2016 Rx350 still under warranty was charge to reset a fault on my cruise control and was charge for it.
This was my worst experience of my car buying And I brought 6 cause in the last 10 years The car came in a specially for me I brought it before arrived they let sales been take it out on demo rides the general manager actually took by car home overnight because I have the app and I could see how they drove the car I'm supposed to tint my windows never did over all was the worst experience of my life

We drove an hour to get to the dealership and although we did purchase a vehicle, the experience was less than desirable. We were at the dealership for over 7 hrs. By the time of taking delivery of the vehicle the dealership was getting ready to close. We found some issues with the vehicle prep and there was nobody working as they were closing to resolve the issues. We were so exhausted and hungry we just wanted to leave.
