Terrible car buying experience and they don’t care to address your problems
all around bad service . Buying a new car or truck should be a Happy occasion but not at Lexus of Wesley chapel
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!! We bought TWO cars from them, one already had a major issue, and our warranty was supposed to cover towing but NO ONE knew the correct number to give me/transfer me to. This left me stuck in the middle of no where with a 5mo old baby. Brought the vehicle in for the repair and they gave it back with no A/C and a balancing issue. They can’t balance the vehicle at the dealership which means they didn’t do it before selling it to me. They won’t reimburse me for taking it elsewhere to ge... read more
purchased a new car from them and I can't get my registration or anyone to tell us why or when we will get the paper work. Frustrating.
I purchased a used vehicle 3 months ago and have had nothing but issues, they sold me vehicle with 2 dry rotted front tires and i had to pay out of pocket for 1 with the tire package. Speaking to manager basically told me they were fine at a 6 but no mention of dry rot .. never again will i purchase from here and never would recommend. Do not buy from here!!!
