Change light, replace 4 tires, and replace sensor Lexus provide always quality services. The consultant very courteous and honest. Their facility waiting area is clean and relaxing atmosphere. Also, they provide shuttle services for customer.
Quick and Easy Repairs done quickly--important since we wait. Nice lounge for waiting in. Had ordered towing eyelets since they were missing in trunk. Service tech found them in glove box and we were not charged for the new ones--really appreciated.
Airbag recall Had to have airbags replaced due to a recall. No cost and the filled the tank and washed the car. Also did a safety inspection at no charge. Beautiful waiting area with free beverages and muffins, TV and computers to use. Video game area for kids.

Great Experience We came to the center for an old car airbag recall and during the time wanted to check the latest models. It tuned out we walked out with a new car instead. We were greeted by Henry, the consultant. He showed us the RX 350 and hybrid models. He explained every details and gave very honest and helpful suggestions. We enjoyed the test drive of the two new models, and pick RX 350 2019 as our new car. We also traded in our old car with a fair value. We liked the experience end-to-end.

They take care of you They were ready for me at the appointment time and it lasted the forecasted amount of time. The service person did a good job of checking me in and later explaining the work they'd done and the car's status. While they were working on my car, I was able to work the whole time using their WiFi.
