Exceptional Customer Service My 40,000 maintenance service appointment was quick, easy and a very pleasant experience. I was given a loaner car because I had an our of town guest and the service team was accommodating to my needs.
10K Service I brought my 2019 RX450H F -Sport Hybrid in for a 10k Service and install illuminated door sills, Pat's in Service Department is very helpful and thoroughly answering all my questions and the services finished within reasonable time. Thank you Pat.
Brought my Lexus in for my 25,000 mile check up. I went in early so hopefully it wouldn’t take long. It was around a hour and a half. I was very happy with that! Of course they cleaned up the inside and outside. I was very satisfied!

Excellent service I was hesitant to use Lexus of Bellevue because I lived in Bothell previously and used another dealership for my service. Then I moved to Issaquah and my son who also has a Lexus told me to take it to Lexus of Bellevue for service. My first experience was not so great because they were swamped and they forgot to reset the oil change light on my dash, my car was just as dirty as when I brought it in but I didn't say anything and didn't do any reviews.
