Quick Response w/o an appointment Great response from the service advisor. I came in without an appointment on a busy Saturday and they resolved my issue of my windshield wipers chattering. Simply replaced the blades under warranty.

Over and Above Once again, Lexus of Bellevue has earned my loyalty. It's great to find a good deal on a car- but if you can't get incredible service, it doesn't matter how much you paid. Great Service from Lexus of Bellevue On Monday, Oct. 29, I took my car in for a detailing. My service contact Ross Fahlen and his team did an excellent job. When I picked up my car, the appearance was perfect, as beautiful as the car looked when I took delivery in May 2018.
Recall for emergency GPS Service advisor, now Service Manager Josh Kieffer, took the time to introduce me to my new service advisor. The service was performed on time, and the loaner car was brand new. This dealership knows how to treat customers who buy a luxury brand. They are as good as their cars!
