Good follow-up! I had a repair scheduled in the summer on a window assembly. The repair didn't work even though the assembly had been replaced at the dealer's suggestion. When I brought it back in for follow-up, the manager personally took care of the situation and made sure it was fixed! I thought this was great and gave me as the customer great assurance that they stand behind their service and repairs.
Emergency Service Great service. I had a low oil warning, and was able to get right in for evaluation. My service advisor brought the car up to specifications and we discussed best next steps. Very professional and quick solution.

Great Experience, Awesome Space I bought my car in Spokane, but live in Seattle. I was in for my 15k mile tune up and oil change. I was greeted promptly and assigned my Lexus agent. He explained everything and showed me to the waiting area. What a nice dealership, spacious, very clean - and comfortable. I waited (rather than took a courtesy shuttle) and was able to work for 2 hours. They texted me promptly when the service was complete and explained everything. Car was washed and vacuumed - superb service. Thank you
