service at 100000 miles great service at 100,000 miles on my Lexus RX 350 plus some other minor issue . they offer me a shuttle , but was not available at that time, so they did not charge me for fixing the minor issue, which was nice thing to do , and not expected ! Thank you.

Rating my experience with Lexus in Bellevue Josh is the greatest service representative. I have had Josh for sometime now. I was referred to him when my previous person transferred to your Renton dealership. I would have nothing else but a Lexus and the service is great. I know if I have a problem with my Lexus Josh will take care of me.

Excellent Service Appointment Service advisor predicted that the service would take two hours and it did! Advisor made sure that everything was done that was requested. Also provided a complimentary car wash that was appreciated.
