owner A light came on saying I had an engine problem with my new Lexus 350. Took it into dealership for service, got in immediately with Joey Loveless, my new service rep. The problem was fixed around the time promised. I needed a ride to pick it up and he sent the shuttle which came immediately. It was hassle free and friendly service. Would recommend highly.

Highly recommend I had my car service there twice and both experiences are wonderful. My car was cleaned and vacuum after the service. The advisors are professional and friendly. Can't ask for more than that.

He is always courteous and polite, thorough in his explanation, and accommodating on short notice since I live almost 300 miles away. Also, I like that he is meticulous, neat and tidy and is organized.

Wonderfull experience I have being going to Lexus of Bellevue for about 14 years, brought two Cars and an SUV from them and have for all these years taken my vehicles to them for servicing.
