Lexus RX350 service Great services, fixed all the maintenance items needed. Provides me a loaner car. My agent was informative, polite and customer oriented! Will always go back!
My complimentary 5000 mile service Alan, the service representative, took care of the servicing of my Lexus 350RX in a very prompt, professional manner. He offered me the courtesy shuttle, but I had written work to do, so I stayed in the dealership’s very comfortable surroundings sipping their latte and eating their cookies. When my car service was completed, Alan texted me & I signed some papers & took off in my well serviced car. I was very pleased!
Ann hart I had a great experience Alex was super helpful fast and congenial. I found it quite unfortunate that the car wash was not operating. I had emptied my car in hopes of getting it cleaned. I think there should have offered a voucher or made some sort of compensation.
Getting service for my car The service department was very welcoming, I did not to wait for assistance. The service representative approached me as soon as I drove up. All the work were completed expeditiously. Gave me a brand new loaner to run my errands. Excellent service!

excellent service Alex the Service Consultant was on top of it- I dropped off my car on a Sunday evening and she called me right away on Monday; explained the problem and followed up when necessary.
Service customer I arrived for service which had been arranged. Within 5 minutes I was talking to a service representative. He explained what needed to be done (2yr service), how much it would cost and told me the car should be ready to pick up in about 2 hours. It was ready in 2 hours. Excellent service experience.
10,000 mile tune up went without a hitch! Alex was efficient, professional and kept me informed the entire process. The facility is clean, well maintained and provides a nice complimentary beverage bar and wifi while I was waiting.
Reagular maintenance and lubrication and wheel rot Excellent job. Car was ready on time and work was excellent. Josh is friendly and very professional. Knows his business inside and out. Thank you.
