Great service! BJ Ivy is a great service rep! He "nailed" the estimated service time and answered my questions/concerns. Lexus of Bellevue is not really convenient, but the quality of service and turnaround time can be worth it.

Excellent service and attention to detail One definitely senses Lexus’ mission in everything they do. The attenion to detail expresses a level of commitment to their product not experienced often. For instance, during regular service it was discovered that a part had been slightly damaged, not by any misuse of the car. Roadside assistance and service I had a flat tire due to all the snow and ice. I called Lexus roadside assistance (first time ever) and they came out, changed my tire and I took it directly to Lexus of Bellevue. I didn't have my ID so I couldn't get a loaner car. They had someone take me home. Its worth every penny to pay a little more for a Lexus to have that kind of service. This is our 2nd car with Lexus of Bellevue.
Exceptional Service My overall experience with Lexus was wonderful. Erin Adam and her boss Jackie were terrific to work with. The after sale service dept. left a little to be desired but all got worked out as promised. A major snow storm probably didn't help the situation.

Lexus of Bellevue Very good experience dealing with folks there. And the car is excellent! The combination of model, options, and colors I bought was hard to find but guys picked most similar car for test drive and later brought exactly what I needed from Taxes in just 10 days.
