Regular routine maintenance This is the third time I couldn’t get my vehicle clean/washed. This time it won’t be available till April or so. They should have some options or alternate ways to wash/clean cars while their washing facility is closed. Also they forgot to mention my car issues during the maintenance, so I had to come in another day again to fix it... wasting my time and was so inconvenient for me...

First Service On My New RX450H Always had prompt and excellent service/advice when I brought my old Lexus SUV in and am getting a good start with my new Lexus. To their credit, Lexus Bellevue is rebuilding from the ground-up a new and better car wash and that was always an attraction in years past after each service or just when I was in the neighborhood and needed a wash.
Normal maintenance with so extra work They take great of my car and always feel good about whatever is done. Great waiting area as well. He walked me thru everything that was done in advance. Great is norm with this dealer.
