Extended warranty service My car is a ‘09 IS250 that I purchased from Lexus of Bellevue as a certified used vehicle. I bought the extended warranty at the time of purchase. I brought it in for a routine oil change and service at 70k miles. The car had two previous episodes of running rough and going into limp mode, but recovered both times. Flat Tire Had a flat tire, their team met me at work within 15 minutes and put my spare on. Service was perfect. Brought car in for new tire, all taken care of.

Excellent Pre-Sales Service I found a 2006 LX470 at a non-Lexus dealer. After checking service history with my Lexus dealer in Woodfield, IL I had the truck sent to Eric for a Pre-Sale Evaluation. The Service Tech did a thorough evaluation and write-up. I spoke with Eric several times. He answered all of my questions, provided estimates on suggested service, and even sent photos of areas I had concerns on. Excellent service! Thank you, Eric and staff! If we ever move to your area you're my new Lexus dealership.
Great team, great experience We had a 2000 Lexus 300 that finally gave up with a transmission problems. I had a very helpful conversation with BJ in services and discussed options. Ultimately I decided it was time to move on and was helped in sales by Jeff Lewis and Michael Shin. Michael spent a lot of time with us and took us through the sales process, which was relaxed and enjoyable. We felt the entire team was very helpful.
Great experience I bought my last car from this dealership and had a great experience, so when I was ready for another car, this is where I came. There is another dealership that is closer, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Bellevue has very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend this dealership. Shout out to David for his help getting me in the car I wanted.
