Head of household Timely, excellent interaction with staff, apparently I had evidence of rodent hair in the engine requiring blowing out the fan and air vents. Passenger vent now makes significant noise. Hopefully , this will be self-limited. If not, I have no doubt that this dealership will fix this. This is my fourth Lexus from them.
1st Class AJ and the service team knocked it out of the park as usual. Have been a customer for over 10 years and on the service side it has always been a first class experience.
Nicest dealership I've ever been to Beautiful dealership, definitely the nicest I have ever visited--and I have been to sooo many, living here my whole life. Very clean, nice layout, and organized. Driven by for years and always loved the landscaping, but it was fun to sit inside and see it from a new angle. Fred was great! Had a very pleasant experience having Fred help us purchasing a Lexus RX350 at Lexus of Bellevue. He’s offered us a professional & friendly customer service experience! However, the length of time needed to complete a NOT FINANCED, transaction was way way too long: 10AM-5:00PM. It included a driving test, & a lunch break, up to 2hrs, but that shows there was a 5+ hrs duration of the actual purchase!!!
