Great service, great shop, friendly staff I last minute booked a 9am appointment at 9pm the night before. The service Rep quoted 3 hours (12-12:30) but they were finished an hour and a half early! Great service, great waiting facility, great staff.

Your title must I went to Bellevue lexus with the intent to purchase a car. The person that helped me was very nice and didn’t pressure me at all.My wife doesn’t trust anyone so at times she got frustrated.The salesperson did his best to smooth things over with her. I appreciated that very much. For me it was a great experience. I purchased a car and I was happy with the whole process, thanks!

Oil change for Lexus ES 350 Fabulous, as always! Our service representative, AJ, is very kind, respectful and efficient. AJ has assisted us in the past and we will continue to have him as our representative in the future. We have all maintenance performed at Lexus of Bellevue and will continue to do so.
Excellent, professional I took my ES350 in for an oil change and check light. Lexus is BBC expensive but no hidden charges. The service associate was excellent, very professional and efficient. When I can find her card, will request her next time.
