Ten Years Old and Still Going Strong Lexus does a stellar job of making maintenance and repair simple, efficient and as hassle-free as possible. My car had to be at the shop for 2 days and I was given a loaner to make it work.
Attention to details, free car wash for a used car Great facility, nice people. Food, relaxing atmosphere. I was thinking of renting office space in the Bellevue area but now I will just use the dealership as a satellite office location. All the class a amenities, fish tank, music and computer work stations make it an excellent option.

I had my Lexus RX 350 serviced last Saturday. Mike our service consultant was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. I had a question on why the seat was not repositioning when I turned off my vehicle and released the seatbelt. He trouble shooted it and got that taken care of. I always hate the drive to Bellevue but once there I am rewarded by the excellent friendly service.
Kyle Woo was excellent. He addressed all issues Very good experience. All the issues were addressed and I am enjoying my Lexus. I even got a loaner as the whole process took longer than planned.
Awesome service consultant Eric Parker has always helped us in maintaining our car. He is a very helpful and honest consultant. Always available and ready to answer your questions at any time and have the patience to answer them as detailed as possible. The dealership has great facilities to enjoy while waiting for your car to be ready.

Great Service Experience Service Consultant Alex was excellent at explaining the details of what was included in the 90K service and following up with me when mechanic discovered the rear brake pads needed to be replaced. The 2018 Lexus NX300 service loaner was fun to drive and now I am thinking of trading in my 2013 Lexus ES350.
New Battery Great customer service work was completed in a timely manner. Service tech. did a great job. The price was what I expected to pay. I will go back to Bellevue Lexus!
