Exceptional Service! The service received at Lexus of Bellevue was exceptional. In particular the salesman David . He was polite, informative and very patient, answering any and all questions I posed to him; not at all "pushy", which made the car buying experience an enjoyable one. I purchased an RX350 which I am extremely happy with; a joy to drive. I recently had occasion to visit the service department and again, was extremely happy with the service provided.

Fantastic Customer Service My service representative, Josh, is always friendly, personable and professional. The service and accomplished in about two hours. I don’t mind the wait, the customer areas are very comfortable, and I can work on the desktop computers, enjoy a latte, or read a book. I especially like the variety of appointments available, including Saturdays.
