10,000 mile checkup was due under warranty at this I had a very good experience at the service department and would want to get other services done there. It was nice that they shuttle me back home and deliver me back to the service department.
Service for my 2008 RX350 Gave me a ride home and back the next day. Met all my expectations. I had a very limited amount of time to do this. Lexus of Bellevue has been maintaining my car for 11 years.
Great Service I took my NX 200 in for its first service. The serviceman found a gash in my tire that could have caused a blowout. I am very grateful he found it.
Quickly replaced tire under warranty I purchased new tires from the dealer 11 months ago. One started leaking and it had a small puncture. The dealer quickly realized it couldn't be fixed and replaced it at no charge other than a $25+tax labor fee. Very professional service.
Great Service and Very Fast We've been bringing our GS 460 here for service since we purchased it nearly 10 years ago. As usual, everyone was very friendly and efficient. They prioritize service for people who wait at the dealership, so my entire service was done in about 90 minutes. There is plenty of comfortable seating available to work, read, or watch TV while you wait. This is the best dealership I've been involved with in 40 years of purchasing and servicing cars.
Great Service I always brag about the customer service I receive with the Bellevue Service Dept. I am always happy when I pick up my car. They keep me inform of any extras and do not try to over sale service. Mike was my guy this visit and was excellent. I can’t imagine ever owning anything other than a vehicle from Lexus of Bellevue
