Called them over the weekend about a Mitsubishi Eclipse and the online price was $28,246.00. I talked to Nick and got the price to 27900.00 and he was going to call me back on how we could pick it up since they were closed on Sundays. I had to call him back several hours later and was told a dealer was buying it for $600.00 more then they quoted me. Today I looked online and the price is $31,881.00 and not sold at all. They raised the price by $3635.00. Wow!
RecommendedI typically don’t spend the time to write negative reviews but this is a rare time that I think people need to know the truth about this dealership. I have been waiting 5 months for them to provide me the documentation for the 2022 GX that I purchased from them in June. Had several paint issues that were to be taken care of after the sale of my car.Had to take my car back 3 times because there detail guy didnt fix them all, even after they were pointed out several times.My temp tag was set to expire on Sept 13th,no new tag had come in the mail yet.I go and buy my own tag because I was set to travel out of town.I get a call yesterday (10/6) almost a month after my temp tag was set to expire that my new license plate had arrived at the dealership.Total lack of customer service after the sale ... read more
Are all car dealerships this dishonest? Hiding numbers in the contracts?! Sad!! Made me feel like I was getting a great deal… when dealers ask you what you want your payment at, that’s when they get ya!
My initial experience at the used car lot was great, but the truck I purchased wasn’t so great. I opted for a service contract, but the truck I purchased had more issues than was known when I bought it from Lexus of Dayton, so I decided to get rid of the truck and cancel the service contract. I was beyond excited when I purchased my car. The sales person, who unfortunately is no longer there, was great. My first oil change, great. But it has gone downhill since then. I have had three more oil changes since then and every time I called to schedule, I was given the run around. I was told when I bought my car that they would come and pick my car up while I was at work, change the oil and bring it back. Bought a certified 2018 IS300 from their used car location. After taking it home they kept calling me asking me to bring it back in. Found out later that when they bought it they never serviced it to get it ready for resale. that’s why I needed to bring the car back in. Since then I’ve noticed a lot of road noise. I took it back for service and their service manager said I needed new tires. Best price was around 1600 for 4 tires. I was able to replace them for 1200 at a tire shop. Update, Aaron and Jeff were outstanding for resolving all issues. Many Thanks to you both!! If I knew how to change the recommendation button, I would definitely change to strongly recommend! I will hold my final review until they have an opportunity to correct a questionable sale. Currently, I have emailed photos of discrepancies to the GM and sales manager of the used car dept. and neither has directly contacted me.
Gonna be very honest, not that it matters at this point. I thought for a moment that you guys were different to all the others because you actually reached out to try to make a deal. The only problem...... took a day and a half to get back. Now the vehicle I loved is gone and you guys won't care. Even if you didn't take over the entire buy out of our trade in, I would have been open to something close because it was what we were looking for.
