The pre-owned department and the Financial Manager, Andrew Alspaugh treated my elderly mother so bad today. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t heard it for myself. As Andrew Alspaugh were taunting and threatening my mother, she called me and I heard everything they were saying. BEWARE!!! They check your credit without your consent!! I went in to test drive a Lexus and told our sales person (JASON CANTRELL), my price range and what I was looking for. I told him MULTIPLE times I was not buying I was just starting my car shopping journey. After we went for the test drive, we went back in the building to talk prices. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE we have ever had!!! My husband found a truck at the dealership that he liked. We live about an hour from the dealership. They weren't open on Sunday so he had a friend that lived near the dealership go take a look at the vehicle Monday morning and after talking to his friend decided to go through with purchasing the truck. They will treat you like a Queen/king to sell you whatever but when you actually need their help NOBODY CAN HELP YOU!!! I have been trying to reach someone from sales or accounting for a whole year and 4 months. Tried emailing and seems like they blocked my emails because I get a reply that the addresses I am trying to reach decline my message. ****UPDATE: a very nice guy named Ed reached out to me. He got my car fixed. They also provided me a rental car for the week they had my car. Terrible experience. Stay off their used car lot. I bought my ford explorer off their used car lot in June of 2022. It came with a lifetime powertrain warranty, and I purchased a first mile maintenance plan. They told me I could bring to to Lexus directly to service and have the oil changes done, so I had been doing that. In April of 2024, I took my car in for the regular oil change... read more
