Bought a certified 2018 IS300 from their used car location. After taking it home they kept calling me asking me to bring it back in. Found out later that when they bought it they never serviced it to get it ready for resale. that’s why I needed to bring the car back in. Since then I’ve noticed a lot of road noise. Update, Aaron and Jeff were outstanding for resolving all issues. Many Thanks to you both!! If I knew how to change the recommendation button, I would definitely change to strongly recommend! I will hold my final review until they have an opportunity to correct a questionable sale. Currently, I have emailed photos of discrepancies to the GM and sales manager of the used car dept. and neither has directly contacted me.

Gonna be very honest, not that it matters at this point. I thought for a moment that you guys were different to all the others because you actually reached out to try to make a deal. The only problem...... took a day and a half to get back. Now the vehicle I loved is gone and you guys won't care. I was looking for a used vehicle with low miles and ended up making the decision to purchase a 2010 Acura TSX. I test drove the car and it drove well ( the cars sensor let me know something was going on with the right rear tire, salesman Todd stated he would have it looked at)and decided I would buy the vehicle a few days later, bad described. Be aware of this seller and make sure to check everything in your new car because there’s many things you will find it’s missing parts or some damage of the other customers when they trying the car and after you take your new car and notice any of this issues you will get the response that you have to pay for any thing missing or damaged, and they will take care of you until you sign and take your new car then you will find everything got different if you have any issues, So disappointed with this experience and next time wi... read more
make sure you got everything before you buy an pay money because if there any problem in the car or any missing item they will not care about you at all, after you pay the money every thing will be different, i believe KIA and Hyundai dealers give you more respect so sad to deal with this people.

Went with my father to pick up a car. Refused extra warranties and financed through a credit union. Numerous tactics to get the loan through Lexus. He said no... no to extended warranty. The deal taken to the credit union HAD the warranty on it. Devious. I have purchased a car there. Have his 2 grandsons graduate with degrees in the medical field this spring. We will not do business with you ever.
