make sure you got everything before you buy an pay money because if there any problem in the car or any missing item they will not care about you at all, after you pay the money every thing will be different, i believe KIA and Hyundai dealers give you more respect so sad to deal with this people.
May 30, we had appointment with Alex Jolley to drive a 2020 RX350 which we thought was equipped to our desires, but, found it was not, however was told that they had a NX300 F Sport that was, we had not researched this model, we drove it and was not impressed, but, Raj Grandi, sales mgr spent 2 hours twisting our arms telling us that they were "a service company that sold cars" shot us a low ball offer, anyway, we finally agreed and left and made appointment to pick car up on June 2, got there on time, Alex could not find ... read more
Went with my father to pick up a car. Refused extra warranties and financed through a credit union. Numerous tactics to get the loan through Lexus. He said no... no to extended warranty. The deal taken to the credit union HAD the warranty on it. Devious. I have purchased a car there. Have his 2 grandsons graduate with degrees in the medical field this spring. We will not do business with you ever.
Every time you go into the service department they always try to sell something you don’t need And you’re free oil change programs they suck
Many things went wrong when I tried to purchase a car. No internet sales follow up, no help from sales manager to get the car I wanted, and no follow up call after I left the dealership.
Apparently it is a self serve auto lot. On lot for over 30 minutes without being approached. Back to Infinity I guess.
