WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE we have ever had!!! My husband found a truck at the dealership that he liked. We live about an hour from the dealership. They weren't open on Sunday so he had a friend that lived near the dealership go take a look at the vehicle Monday morning and after talking to his friend decided to go through with purchasing the truck. They will treat you like a Queen/king to sell you whatever but when you actually need their help NOBODY CAN HELP YOU!!! I have been trying to reach someone from sales or accounting for a whole year and 4 months. Tried emailing and seems like they blocked my emails because I get a reply that the addresses I am trying to reach decline my message. ****UPDATE: a very nice guy named Ed reached out to me. He got my car fixed. They also provided me a rental car for the week they had my car. Terrible experience. Stay off their used car lot. I bought my ford explorer off their used car lot in June of 2022. It came with a lifetime powertrain warranty, and I purchased a first mile maintenance plan. All of the other negative reviews are pretty spot on. This dealership was so slimy from the very beginning. When I located a car I liked, I found some damage that wasn't disclosed after seeing it in person. I obviously asked for said damaged to addressed which is where the customer service evaporated. Matt the finance manager was the epitome of a slimy sales person. Called them over the weekend about a Mitsubishi Eclipse and the online price was $28,246.00. I talked to Nick and got the price to 27900.00 and he was going to call me back on how we could pick it up since they were closed on Sundays. I had to call him back several hours later and was told a dealer was buying it for $600.00 more then they quoted me. Today I looked online and the price is $31,881.00 and not sold at all. They raised the price by $3635.00. Wow!
