All of the other negative reviews are pretty spot on. This dealership was so slimy from the very beginning. When I located a car I liked, I found some damage that wasn't disclosed after seeing it in person. I obviously asked for said damaged to addressed which is where the customer service evaporated. Long story short I purchased a maintenance plan with the assumption(my mistake) that I would not be out of pocket any maintenance costs until 70,000 miles. Called them over the weekend about a Mitsubishi Eclipse and the online price was $28,246.00. I talked to Nick and got the price to 27900.00 and he was going to call me back on how we could pick it up since they were closed on Sundays. I had to call him back several hours later and was told a dealer was buying it for $600.00 more then they quoted me. Today I looked online and the price is $31,881.00 and not sold at all. They raised the price by $3635.00. Wow!
I typically don’t spend the time to write negative reviews but this is a rare time that I think people need to know the truth about this dealership. I have been waiting 5 months for them to provide me the documentation for the 2022 GX that I purchased from them in June. My initial experience at the used car lot was great, but the truck I purchased wasn’t so great. I was beyond excited when I purchased my car. The sales person, who unfortunately is no longer there, was great. My first oil change, great. But it has gone downhill since then. I have had three more oil changes since then and every time I called to schedule, I was given the run around.
