RecommendedI'm so grateful that I decided to go to Lexus of Greenville! As a single woman, I was a bit nervous to just show up on the lot, worried about "car salesman." My salesperson, Carl, was nothing but friendly and professional and guided me through the process. Ken, the finance manager did the same. I was amazed at how sleek the process went. I never felt taken advantage of. I felt like they were there to help me get the car I wanted with the terms I asked for. I am happy to say I'm the proud owner of a Lexus tonight!
Overall this Lexus Service Department has been friendly and quick. I bought my 2007 Lexus in Spartanburg just in time to have the badly cracked dashboard replaced free by the company, which is why I drove it twice to Greenville. The installation job was excellent! However, I received an email that my brakes needed servicing, which my husband doubts; he will do that job himself when it does become necessary. I only have had very good experience with my visits to Lexus of Greenville. I did not purchase my Lexus from this dealership. Everyone I have had contact with has gone above and beyond what I expected. They always explain exactly what they are going to and why. I highly recommend this dealership!!
Not as organized at service entrance as I am accustomed to at Jim Hudson Lexus (Columbia, SC). When my service rep was finally found it was a good experience. Even found a loaner for me so I didn't have to rent from the neighboring Toyota dealership. I guess that's good for a few hours' notice.
