I bought my 2007 Lexus in Spartanburg just in time to have the badly cracked dashboard replaced free by the company, which is why I drove it twice to Greenville. The installation job was excellent! I only have had very good experience with my visits to Lexus of Greenville. I did not purchase my Lexus from this dealership. Everyone I have had contact with has gone above and beyond what I expected. They always explain exactly what they are going to and why. I highly recommend this dealership!!
Not as organized at service entrance as I am accustomed to at Jim Hudson Lexus (Columbia, SC). When my service rep was finally found it was a good experience. Even found a loaner for me so I didn't have to rent from the neighboring Toyota dealership. I guess that's good for a few hours' notice. First time customer from Asheville area. Came in for air bag recall, which required overnight car loan. Service and personnel as good as I experienced with original dealer in New England.
