First time customer from Asheville area. Came in for air bag recall, which required overnight car loan. Service and personnel as good as I experienced with original dealer in New England.
I bought a used Lexus still under warranty. I love the pampering that I receive at the dealership. Such a luxury to have your car washed when you have your vehicle serviced. Jermiah Battle is my point of contact and he's always professional and courteous.
In the past I had several miserable experiences with a certain service advisor. It got so bad that I considered selling my Lexus. After a long talk with the manager he said you're going to be happy from now on. That's when Roxie Miller came into my life.
