The waiting room is so comfortable with their coffee bar and attendant that you feel like you're getting pampered. I have always had a good experience at this Lexus dealership. I bought my Lexus in 2005 and still drive it. I always worked with the same person for all of those years and this year I have a new service advisor , Geordie McDonald! He is terrific and very helpful... I have always had the nicest experiences with everyone at this dealership...and my car has almost 159,000 miles on it and still running well.
