Lexus of Greenville were excellent in providing 45K mile maintenance on our 2012 Lexus ES350 and fixing our tire pressure warning indicator that was on.
Had a slow leak in a tire. I brought it in the evening before Thanksgiving and there weren't any technicians left to fix it (they had all gone home early). I left very frustrated and still with a slow leak in my tire. Friday morning I got a call from the service person I spoke with on Wednesday. He was very apologetic for not being able to help me and said he had constantly thought about that since he went home that night and how bad he felt he couldn't help me. My Service advisor was pleasant, personable, and attentive to my automotive needs. My car was hand washed and I was very pleased with the job. I would recommend Lexus of Greenville to my friends.
Another great experience with the service department yesterday. Really nice people that go above and beyond. I will agree with others tho' that the free car washes are quite lacking and I have even stopped using them. Looks like they just hose them down and that's it. Other than that, great place with great people! Will definitely get my next paid for Plexus Lexus here!
