I married into the Lexus life with my wife's IS250, and have had nothing but great experiences with everything from customer service, to honest and reasonably-priced maintenance. Outstanding reliable cars with an outstanding team of people behind them.
I don't do this often but I have to give a HUGE shout out to Brad Konopacke, Geordie McDonald, and the rest of the Lexus of Greenville team. I brought my car in last Wednesday night to get some issues straightened out and they went above and beyond! I don't think I've ever gotten service like this from any other place. 110% recommend them for any service you need to have done!

We didn't buy a Lexus from LoG, but instead bought a used Ford Explorer and an oil change service program from them. The service was great - they treat you with respect. I've been taking our Ford there for about three years, and have enjoyed the refreshments in the waiting area. It is a very nice waiting area. � I usually spend about an hour there waiting.
