Lexus GS 350 We bought the new 2013 model of the GS and are very happy with it. Previously we had a 2010 GS with a v-8 and rear wheel drive. This did not handle well in our snow so after having it for only 11 months we traded it in. The dealership was very fair to us knowing that we were unhappy with our previous purchase. Our new car is wonderful and we look forward to having it for quite a while!!!

The guy who wrote up my paperwork for an oil change added The guy who wrote up my paperwork for an oil change added services that doubled the price of the oil change- even after I confirmed and he repeated “Just an oil change” and after I asked why the cost was so high. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! Just scroll down and you will see all the negative reviews. This place is a complete joke establishment. Simply put horrible. Most unprofessional dealership I have ever experienced. Salesman Nick Dang had zero knowledge of the vehicle he was selling. Had us confused with another buyer. I was greeted by friendly workers and checked in for my I was greeted by friendly workers and checked in for my yearly tuneup. I was given a quote. My guy came and checked with me as they noticed my Windshield wipers needed replacing. I gave the OK and it was done and I was ready to go. As a Female Senior Citizen I felt seen and respected. Always a great experience!

Purchased a new RX350h. Purchased a new RX350h. Tremendous service from all staff. Found the specific car we wanted and got to the dealership in 4 days prepped in 1 day and took it home. No surprises or hard sell of extra dealer options.
