You told me my rear breaks needed to be replaced. I asked for the price and you stated " sixty plus tax is about seventy five", and that was exactly what I heard from you, even my mother heard the same thing. No Help Bought a used Lexus two weeks ago. Was told it came with 2 Fobs. It did not and now they want to charge $500.00 for an additional one. Also have horrible water stains on windows. They can’t help remove the stains as they don’t have a product to do it.

Completely ignored and ghosted. Requested an online price quote and never received a promised follow up email, was contacted two more times by their customer service representative vie email and yet still didn't receive any follow up information. After a week of nothing, the salesperson contacted me saying he sent me an email and would see if he could find it, apparently, he didn't find it because three weeks later and after two more emails I'm still being ignored. Bad Apple Service here used to be great, however the service has steadily gone down. In my most recent service experience, I decided we will not be purchasing another Lexus. We are looking for another car currently and had our eyes set on a Lexus. However, this last experience set the tone for our future purchases. I arrived and after some time one of the six service desk associates motioned for me to come over. I explained what I was in for and he got me processed fairly quickly. Horrific My grandmother’s had this car service here since 2003 as I came in to get her car serviced on 10/16/22 I was treated very rudely almost like they thought I was dumb because I was young. Walked several lots to look around only 1 person came up to us and that was at volvo. Everyone ignored us… worst of all I got the report….they said nothing was wrong even tho I came in for a front end clicking. Said it was the brake pads moving in the caliper I’ve had a lot of cars. Overpriced I was informed after my last visit of $1200, that my oil leakage was resolved. The leak remains. Now, I’m being told it is a different pan leaking and the bill is now $3500.

Money grab The lower rating is due to the lack of a good solution from the service department. We paid $3600 about 5 months ago for multiple “issues “ they said we had in our NX200. Last week the “check engine” light comes on again. We pay them $200 for a diagnostic… we don’t know… pay us $1400 so we can open up the engine block to see if the internal oil filters are block… NO thanks

No Bull Lexus at Tacoma is simply the best dealer in this area, if not the US. No exaggeration. I have lived in many parts of the world, and few have come even close to matching the excellence of service personnel and overall friendly atmosphere is the place.
