Terrible service techs. Terrible service techs. Parts prematurely failing even though all recommended service performed by Lexus, Only got half life from fan belt and a alternator that only lasted 4 years (2019 LX570) failing 20k - 40k miles short of typical life. They replaced the fan belt which started a interment squeak. Twice the tech looked at it once he lubed the other time he tightened the belt but not locate the issue. I really want to give you higher feedback but I can't, I I really want to give you higher feedback but I can't, I have an appointment at 1:00pm, the guide outside asked me to go inside to wait, I remember there were about 4,5 advise sitting right in front of me , but no one asked me or greeting me, I am standing there for 20 minutes, I actually don't need that, but I think it's very important for business

I'm afraid I won't be able to give you 5 stars. I'm afraid I won't be able to give you 5 stars. I went in for an oil change and checkup under warranty. You told me my rear breaks needed to be replaced. I asked for the price and you stated " sixty plus tax is about seventy five", and that was exactly what I heard from you, even my mother heard the same thing. No Help Bought a used Lexus two weeks ago. Was told it came with 2 Fobs. It did not and now they want to charge $500.00 for an additional one. Also have horrible water stains on windows. They can’t help remove the stains as they don’t have a product to do it.

Completely ignored and ghosted. Requested an online price quote and never received a promised follow up email, was contacted two more times by their customer service representative vie email and yet still didn't receive any follow up information. After a week of nothing, the salesperson contacted me saying he sent me an email and would see if he could find it, apparently, he didn't find it because three weeks later and after two more emails I'm still being ignored. Bad Apple Service here used to be great, however the service has steadily gone down. In my most recent service experience, I decided we will not be purchasing another Lexus. We are looking for another car currently and had our eyes set on a Lexus. However, this last experience set the tone for our future purchases. I arrived and after some time one of the six service desk associates motioned for me to come over. I explained what I was in for and he got me processed fairly quickly. Horrific My grandmother’s had this car service here since 2003 as I came in to get her car serviced on 10/16/22 I was treated very rudely almost like they thought I was dumb because I was young. Walked several lots to look around only 1 person came up to us and that was at volvo. Overpriced I was informed after my last visit of $1200, that my oil leakage was resolved. The leak remains. Now, I’m being told it is a different pan leaking and the bill is now $3500.
