My only issue is how expensive it was to repair an outside mirror. Labor for the 2.5 hours was 1,224.80 plus a shop supplies charge of $20.00. Per hour that's $490, more expensive than a high quality attorney. No supplies should have been needed. I think the $20 is a charge added to all invoices regardless of the work done.
