Personnel in service and parts were great. Personnel in service and parts were great. Professional, courteous, and they knew their business very well. My only issue is how expensive it was to repair an outside mirror. Labor for the 2.5 hours was 1,224.80 plus a shop supplies charge of $20.00. Per hour that's $490, more expensive than a high quality attorney. No supplies should have been needed. I think the $20 is a charge added to all invoices regardless of the work done.
