I found this dealership's service labor price to be I found this dealership's service labor price to be overpriced. They charged me $783.88 for 2.5 hours of labor. This was just for an oil change & transmission fluid exchange & tire rotation. I was surprised this service took so long. The length of the appointment was not disclosed prior. Feeling ripped off.

Terrible service techs. Terrible service techs. Parts prematurely failing even though all recommended service performed by Lexus, Only got half life from fan belt and a alternator that only lasted 4 years (2019 LX570) failing 20k - 40k miles short of typical life. They replaced the fan belt which started a interment squeak. Twice the tech looked at it once he lubed the other time he tightened the belt but not locate the issue.
