This dealership is the best I had nothing but great This dealership is the best I had nothing but great attention for my problem my car hit a pothole, and I thought there was damage to the undercarriage. I was leaking some type of fluid and I found out it was just the air conditioning fluid. Everyone at this dealership was extremely nice. I want to thank Ed Jeremy and John for their attention

I found this dealership's service labor price to be I found this dealership's service labor price to be overpriced. They charged me $783.88 for 2.5 hours of labor. This was just for an oil change & transmission fluid exchange & tire rotation. I was surprised this service took so long. The length of the appointment was not disclosed prior. Feeling ripped off.

Every time an oil change is needed there suddenly is Every time an oil change is needed there suddenly is something that needs to be done that costs another $500-800. If you buy a good product you shouldn’t need to spend that kind of money every 6000 miles. Bleeding customers dry.

Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for 65,000 mi service work. Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for 65,000 mi service work. I was told the work would take an hour and a half give or take 15 minutes. As a result of the delay, I had to cancel my doctor's appt. Unacceptable

Terrible service techs. Terrible service techs. Parts prematurely failing even though all recommended service performed by Lexus, Only got half life from fan belt and a alternator that only lasted 4 years (2019 LX570) failing 20k - 40k miles short of typical life. They replaced the fan belt which started a interment squeak. Twice the tech looked at it once he lubed the other time he tightened the belt but not locate the issue.
