Service @ Lexus of Tacoma was seamless! This dealership is awesome. We bought our LX350 there as a new car and just had our first service. The buying experience was so stressless and easy. Our salesman, Steve Armstrong, was a no drama guy and worked with us. Now after our first service we have another hero, Johnny, Service Manager, who is a real pleasure to know! Great customer service!! It was a terrible visit... not because of the team but because of the news they had brought to me. Although I had bad new about my vehicle, the experience I had with the dealership was awesome. Mr.Armstrong and Mr.Shamada had put my mind at ease and helped me so much. I don’t think I could say anything terrible about the two amazing associates. They truly saved me from going through a hardship.
