Typical Miami scum attitude and complete absence of customer service... Gave it two tries on different occasions and was proven right yet again.... Not the place to give your valued business... Oh well, good thing there are Lexus dealerships in Broward...
One of the sales associates told me that he would not negotiate on the price of the car until I brought my dad. I am an adult woman buying my own car. The associate would not discuss the purchase of the car further. Unbelievable.

The worst experience of my life. I went to look at a used Scion that I saw online as I was planning on purchasing the vehicle. I arrived with my family at 8:40pm (20 minutes before closing). The sales men drew straws as to who was going to assist me. When they decided, the sales man greeted me very rudely and uninviting. When people mock others less fortunate health condition, that is probably the lowest of the low. Shows a lack of the most basic respect any human being should have for another. When the person that does that is the manager himself, (Larry Leon), doing it TO A CLIENT that recently survived a massive heart attack.... well, you get the idea.
