I will never buy another Lexus and regret ever coming to this dealer !!! Due to the negligence of the mechanic the tires on my ES350 wear out un-even and John the service manager wants to compensate me for their mistake by charging me 350.00 per tire as a happy medium !!! The guy in the service department gave me the worst service I've ever had with Lexus. Daniel the service advisor first made me wait over an hour when I called ahead and I was told I didn't need an appointment and I could just walk in, ok i get it there was only one service advisor on a Sunday I'll be understanding and wait over an hour . This place reminds me of the typical car salesman cliche stereotype. They lie, try to bully, act condesending, play games. I still don't understand why this day and age you can't just walk into a dealership and buy or lease a car for a set price and not have to deal with all the nonsense. Car sales is not a science. It should be a very easy smooth transaction but they try to make it so unpleasant that instead of having an enjoyable experience most people dread it. I think the costumer service is very bad. They just care about saling. Be sure everything be fine because after you sign nobody will call you if you have a problem. Financiers are super disorganized and liars.

Went in for my 10K mile service appointment earlier this morning! Appointment was at 8:30am, Jacob mentioned it would take one hour. Surprised to find they had a cafeteria - seriously where can you find Cafe con Leche & Cuban toast for $2.25 (rare find), Food was quick and good. 9:30am rolls around and my car is done including a car wash. Promises kept = Happy Customer!
I purchased my used 2009 ES 350 with you guys back in October 2015. I am very happy with my Lexus however, extremely UNSATISFIED with your poor customer service and staff.
