Mr. Kerrigan was a super loan officer that help me and my wife get into our first home. He made every step of the loan process very easy and reduce any stress we might have had. Always available for questions, prompt answers, and kept us to date on the loan process. We even had our premier agent say good things about him.

Friendly and easy to work with, did not try to provide overly complicated quotes or estimates. Very simple and straightforward. Kept loan closing on time.

I am self employed and was working with a different lender and underwriting had me running a gantlet and still denied me. I was under contract, had appraisal and home inspection and was set to close within 2 weeks. After being denied I reached out to Lending Tree and from there I met Max !!!! Max and his team worked and made it possible to still close on time in 2 weeks timing!!!! There isn't enough words to describe the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I received from Max. He always answered any questions I had and then some !!!!

We started the loan process with another loan officer. When he left the company, Dawn immediately contacted us. She was able to help us get everything together in a week and a half to close. She worked with us when our down payment didn't arrive by first closing date. She helped us address our options. She worked with us all the way through. Adam was amazing. The process of buying a home, all the steps involved can be very stressful and draining. Adam was always so encouraging, knowledgeable and confident. This is easy i have so much gratitude and admiration for Bill Burg . This Man made me a first time Homeowner . I would recommend family,friends, associates to give Bill a call if they ever needed a home loan. What I liked most about working with Mr. Toth is no matter when I needed to communicate with him (Saturday evening, Sunday morning), I got an immediate response from day one. He definitely earned my business and can close in less than 30 days!

From day one Derek was engaging and extremely helpful in not only outlining the process but in execution so we had all required documents submitted and only had to wait for closing. Jim was responsive throughout the home loan process and always let me know asap when I needed to complete any additional documentation. We were able to go from initial offering to acceptance to close (on an FHA loan) in less than 30 days. Jim took the initiative and worked with all parties involved (real estate agent, attorney, etc.) to make sure we closed on time.
