I was very discouraged after attempting going through another lender due to the previous lender needed another appraisal on the new house and a couple other issues out of my control. I contacted James with the same mindset that my outcome would be the same; however, James not only got us closed in less than 3 weeks, my down payment for the new house was at half of the cost. Chris literally is a miracle worker. He was able to help me get a loan for my new house even though I am a small business owner with a high debt ratio. He persevered through the towers of paperwork to help me get financed. No other bank would do my financing until Chris became involved; I can't thank him enough. I whole heartedly recommend him for any to anyone trying to buy a home or refinance their him. He was always upbeat, positive, and a very hard worker.
