Korey and his team were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were there on the phone with me for every question and concern I had. This was our first home and they made it so easy for us that we didn’t have to deal with lots of paperwork, everything was online and very fast. Mark was the best loan officer I have ever worked with, he and I work hard day and night for over a month, between inspections and inspection and inspections. He was there 100% even through Christmas and New Years. It was like the poor man didn't take a day off. He is there for his clients anytime day or night. He is the reason we are in our beautiful home and I couldn't thank him enough. Korey made my first time buying a home and pleasurable experience. I told him what I wanted and he made sure that it happened. He made the process so easy and always communicated with me about what was taking place. Korey was actually ready to close before the Seller. Even with the partial government shutdown, I still did not have any worries. It was truly a blessing to have Korey as my loan officer and to have Liberty as my lender. The BEST, hands down.

I was very discouraged after attempting going through another lender due to the previous lender needed another appraisal on the new house and a couple other issues out of my control. Chris literally is a miracle worker. He was able to help me get a loan for my new house even though I am a small business owner with a high debt ratio. He persevered through the towers of paperwork to help me get financed. No other bank would do my financing until Chris became involved; I can't thank him enough. I whole heartedly recommend him for any to anyone trying to buy a home or refinance their him. He was always upbeat, positive, and a very hard worker.
