My husband and I just purchased our first home, but before we even started the process I spoke with Dawn Eushache a few times and she is incredible. She gave us information to help us plan and start the process. Once we did start, she was all hands on deck. She guided us along the process and made the whole experience amazing. Rob made the process of getting my Loan extremely easy. He always emailed back, no matter the time of day and was happy to work with me. I was a first time buyer and obviously I had questions, but they were always answered. Rob also uses a loan app that you can clearly see where you are in the process. I would always recommend Rob to anyone when trying to get a loan. I’m not happily a home owner.

We had no clue what to expect when we contacted Kate to discuss the possibility of home ownership. The original thought was that we could get an understanding on expectations for home ownership, and maybe revisit the process in a year, when we thought we would be ready. With Kate's help, we didn't have to delay our dream of homeownership by a year. I am proud to say that as of today, we are home owners!

Really great overall experience with our first home purchase. Guided us through each stage of this process. Great (and timely) communication with us, and our realtor. Closed in exactly 30 days of making offer on home (About 5 weeks after first application).

As a first time home buyer, I was not quite sure what to expect and Tom was very diligent in explaining every process in simple English. Tom was professional and he communicated every detail and answered all my questions quickly. His customer service is impeccable and I would utilize his services again if I have the need.

Kate and her team are absolutely fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable, and was so patient in explaining each and every step of the home buying process to us, and all of our options. She was accessible all the time, and was constantly in contact with us to meet deadlines. We got an incredible mortgage and could not have been happier with the way our home buying experience went.
