Very nice people to deal with. The lines of communication were always open every step of the way. It was a difficult loan due to the nature of my income but they know how to work the system and made it happen. They're not afraid of challenging clients and work diligently through the process. They made it easy on me. I can recommend them highly.

As a first-time home buyer, Katie was extremely helpful - she took the time to explain things to me and clearly knew the market and products well. She also worked extremely hard to get my loan done as quickly as possible so I could make my closing date. The team she has working for her and the companies she partners with were also great. Would definitely recommend getting a loan from Katie and team.

As a neurotic first-time home buyer on a tight budget trying to decide between very different house/mortgage options, Katie was indispensable in my buying process. She would answer my frantic texts after hours and always explained everything thoroughly to me. She was patient and took care of any issues that came up. She ended up getting me a great mortgage and kept the process moving the entire time. I recommend her and her team 100%!

Adam was so very helpful, walked me through each step, always available, never once made me feel like I was a bother. As a first time buyer he was perfect for us. Explained everything. I can’t say enough good about Adam. I truly enjoyed the experience, and feel like I was able to get to know him more, he was a positive and helpful part of the experience so that I truly felt like I wanted to repeat it and buy more houses!
